Since their product availability varies almost daily, they decided to have their sales force complete the transaction so that they could maintain close customer contact. Instead of customers receiving an impersonal message such as 'temporarily sold out' they retained the ability to work with customers to try other suitable products or place a reserve order for the next available delivery.

- The existing logo was integrated with new materials already under development to create a design that provides continuity from their existing materials and complements the new literature.
- Given the consumer-level target market, a 'friendly' looking combination of fonts and colors was selected.
- All photographs on the site were produced by Avignon Solutions.
