Position started as HR Generalist/Office Manager and evolved into organizational and business development Implementation of 401K, workplace safety programs, ASP/MRP system were some of the key projects completed. Currently responsible for IT infrastructure (managed via the Internet), marketing communications including the generation of a new company logo, Web site design, implementation, and maintenance, and all other marketing material.

Human Resources Manager for the coordination of the San Jose facility's closure. Managed compliance with the WARN act, acted as the ombudsman for employee issues pertaining to severance agreements. Organized termination packages for 140 employees.

Prepared the company and its subsidiaries' annual financial statements. Reconciled inventories and bank statements.
